Project 13

In this lesson plan, for the project based learning, our 5th grade students will become familiar with inventors, from the 15th to the 18th century, their Ethnic or Cultural Heritage and how their inventions are still relevant today. This assignment will require iCurio to look up different inventors and what they invented, make models of their inventions, and create presentations for the class. Our students will have digital tools to establish and categorize the information collected. This lesson will meet the standards in; English Language Arts: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, Writing: 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 and, Speaking and Listening: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.
